Introduction
Ranked as top film school in China, Beijing Film Academy’s film production international program is a 4-year English-teaching BA program, offering all kinds of professional courses including Directing, Cinematography, Post-production, and etc. We’re committed to cultivate talents to master the whole workflow of filmmaking.
Requirements
1. Applicant whose parents or one of his/her parents are Chinese, he/she must hold a valid non-Chinese passport or Certificate of Nationality for no less than 4 years. Additionally, applicant shall submit records of living out of China for more than 2 years in the last 4 years (up to April 30 of the year of enrolment).*9 months of living abroad within a year can be counted as 1 year, subject to the entry and exit stamps.
2. Applicants must be over 18 years old. (on the date of enrollment).
3. Applicant must meet the health requirements issued by the Chinese Ministry of Education and the Chinese Ministry of Health.
4. For some country’s applicants who need to serve the army, we suggest you complete your duty before applying.
5. If applicants have a history of expulsion, we will refuse the application.
6. Applicant who has criminal or prison records will not be accepted.

Tuition Fees and Scholarships
The total tuition fee of each academic year is 80,000 CNY.
The CSC scholarship cannot be applied to International Program.
Top 30% students have opportunities to obtain scholarship offered by the department of cinematography depending on their grades of each academic year.
Tips for Application & Enrollment
Please specify applicant’s name in each transfer, and keep all receipts from the banks.
Transfer students also need to finish all courses on cultivating plan, credits from previous school cannot be transferred.
Students should strictly follow the instructions to apply the X1 visa before the first entry to China. The X1 visa can support freshmen to stay in China for 30 days.
During your stay, students need to finish their medical check and apply for the study visa. Please do not arrive in China too early.
DO NOT use any visa-free policy to enter China for your study.
